1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, submitting a booking request, or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions [web:11].

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Services Provided

Jaipur Bikaner Transport Carrier provides freight forwarding and transportation services including:

• Road transportation of goods between Jaipur, Bikaner, and other destinations
• Freight handling and logistics management
• Cargo booking and dispatch services
• Shipment tracking and customer support

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding goods to be transported [web:15]
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods suitable for transportation
• Declare the nature, weight, and value of goods accurately
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding shipment
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and documentation for transported goods
• Provide timely delivery instructions and special handling requirements

4. Prohibited Items

The Company will not accept or transport:

• Illegal goods, contraband, or prohibited substances
• Hazardous materials without proper authorization and documentation
• Explosives, firearms, or weapons (unless properly licensed)
• Perishable goods without prior arrangement
• Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Goods with insufficient or improper packaging

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service charges are determined based on distance, weight, volume, and type of goods. Quotations provided are valid for the specified period and may be subject to change based on fuel prices, tolls, and other operational costs [web:17].

Payment terms:

• Payment must be made as per agreed terms (advance or credit basis)
• All applicable taxes, GST, and government levies are additional [web:19]
• Late payment may attract additional charges or interest
• Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received

6. Liability and Insurance

The Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling and transporting goods. However, liability is subject to the following limitations [web:11][web:16]:

• Liability is limited to the declared value of goods or actual invoice value, whichever is lower
• The Company is not liable for loss or damage due to force majeure, natural disasters, riots, strikes, or acts of God
• No liability for damage due to improper packaging by the Customer
• No liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or government restrictions
• The Company is not responsible for consequential or indirect losses

Customers are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance for high-value shipments. Insurance can be arranged through the Company at an additional cost.

7. Claims and Disputes

Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be:

• Reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date [web:12]
• Accompanied by supporting documents (invoice, delivery receipt, photographs)
• Submitted before full payment of freight charges is made

No claims will be entertained after 30 days from the date of delivery. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

8. Delivery and Transit Time

Transit times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control [web:16].

Delivery shall be deemed complete when goods are handed over to the consignee or authorized representative. If the consignee is unavailable, goods may be stored at Customer's risk and expense.

9. Right of Lien

The Company reserves the right to exercise a lien on goods for any unpaid charges, including freight, storage, demurrage, or other applicable fees. The Company may dispose of goods after reasonable notice if charges remain unpaid.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Booking cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No charges
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations after goods are loaded: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.

12. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Customer's breach of these terms, misrepresentation of goods, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
